I backed up my data on more than one disk, when I try
to restore I can’t see my data?
The restore procedure for multiple disks is as follows:
Insert the last disk (.bol)
Click the "Restore Now" button and select
the file with the extenssion .bol, click next
You should now be able to browse your data using
only the last CD since it contains an index for all
the backed up data. Select what you want to restore,
and then click "Next"
If the data you want to restore exist only on the
last CD, Genie Outlook Backup will restore it without
prompting you to insert more disks, otherwise it will
ask you to insert the corresponding CD(s) that contain
the selected data
