I scheduled a backup task, but it didn’t run?

click on “Windows Schedule tasks” within Genie Outlook Backup Schedule dialog
The windows schedule tasks should open, you should find a task with beginning with "OLB_" and followed by ith the name of the backup job you scheduled
Right click on it, and select “Run”
You should see the status and what is the error
