When I try to
backup Outlook I get the error “you must close Outlook”,
but it is already closed, what should I do?
Sometimes
Outlook lingers in the background even though it appears
closed, you can either:
1- Restart your computer and run the backup before starting
an Outlook session, or …
2- Go to "Preferences",
click "Backup
Settings" on the left pane, and on the right
pane, choose the "Backup
without closing Outlook" option.
