It depends on your Windows version.
If you are using Windows 2000/XP, please make sure you entered the right windows password (the password you use when you login to your windows account), if you do not use a password please click here
If you are using Windows 98/Me, then
- click on “Windows Schedule tasks” within Outlook Express Backup Schedule dialog
- The windows schedule tasks should open, you should find a task with the name “OEBackup_SC_V5”
- Right click on it, and select “Run”
- You should see the status and what is the error
