Site licensing prices are done on a sliding (logarithmic) scale , and are done for an exact number of users. As such, there aren't "price breaks", but we've attempted to construct the scale in such a way that it makes sense to purchase for a variety of budgets, usage scenarios, and expansion plans. We'll write you an exact quote for the exact number of licenses you need. Please write us with the exact number of licenses you need if you'd like a binding price quotation sent to you.

Site License Pricing Qualification : to qualify for a site license purchase, the following criteria must be met:

• The site must be properly defined according to the definitions of site and general terms defined by Genie-Soft.
• The minimum site size is 500 users within North America, or 1000 users outside of North America . Certain restrictions may apply outside of North America .
• Standard purchasing terms are net 30, 100% due upon invoicing. Other terms are not available.
• Site purchases may qualify "cumulatively" through several incremental purchases, but such purchases must be made within one calendar year of one another. However, generally Genie-Soft provides full credit for recent past purchases towards site license purchase prices made within reasonable periods (in other words, if you upgrade a 250-user license to 1000 users 367 days later, we won't quibble about a couple of days in providing you credit).
