1.	Q: Can I install your software on more than one computer?

	A: You will need a separate license for each machine installation. Our software license agreement for a single user license allows the use of the registered program on only ONE computer. 2.	Q: I lost my serial number. Where can I find it?

	A: Yes, using manual file/folder selection, you can manually place the path to your hidden network files.

4.	Q: I have a REV Drive I want to backup to. Can GBM read my removable REV media?

	A: Yes, GBM is now enhanced to read and backup to REV drives including performing format and eject actions.

5.	Q: I can see a list of all my installed plugins; but most of them are dimmed. Why can I not select them for backup?

	A: If the plugin installed on your system does not support the version for your application or if the application for the plugin is not installed; the plugin will be dimmed.

Install Windows 7 and your programs
Restore your backup!
