To retrieve lost registration codes for any of
the Genie-soft software titles, do the following:
1. Login to MyAccount (if
you do not already have a My Account password you can Sign Up quickly
to gain access). If you do not have an online account skip to
step 3
2. When the
Online Backup homepage opens, click Support in the upper right corner
3. From the
left hand navigation menu select Manager License Keys or Your
Purchased Serial Numbers
4. Your
Serial numbers for your products and a download link will appear in a table
